For applications where water contains solids, centrifugal trash pumps are recommended. The TDS-HA semi-trash models are self-priming pumps powered by OHV Honda petrol engines with oil alerts.  They are all housed within protective tubular steel, easy carry frames and anti-vibration rubbers. All models are fitted with silicon carbide and ceramic mechanical seals and are supplied with hose couplings, washers, clips and strainers, but hoses are extra. Maximum suction lift is 8 metres, however, 6 metres, or less, is recommended. They are available in the following designs, with differing inspection and impeller access designs to match most budgets and duties: 

TDS-50HA and TDS-80HA are semi-trash pumps. The pump housing features elongated bolts for easy removal using the special tool supplied. These models are able to handle 20mm solids which are 12mm more than the Koshin alternative (SEH50T and 80T).
