Speroni HGMG50-1.5 Self Priming Centrifugal Trash Pump 230v

The Speroni HGMG50-1.5 pumps are self-priming, mono-block, centrifugal trash pumps with pump bodies, motor supports and open impellers in cast iron. The design incorporates a rubber check valve, to maintain the priming water level, and enable automatic priming during starting even when the inlet pipe is empty. The stainless steel shafts are fitted with carbon ceramic and NBR mechanical seals.  Motors are continuously rated, have IP55 protection and incorporate an overload protection device. They are designed for pumping dirty water, with solids in suspension, at temperatures up to 90ºC. The trash pump design incorporates a removable cover for clearing debris. Solids capacity: 22mm (1.5kW). They are capable of a suction lift of 7 metres.  They are designed for many industrial and agricultural applications where large volumes of water need to be pumped.

APPLICATIONS
Self-priming monoblock water pumps with open impeller can be extracted directly from the inspection hatch. The check valve inside the suction outlet avoids the syphon effect when stopping and assures the automatic re-start each time. The pump selfprimes even if partially filled and if the suction hose is completely empty. Suitable to drain clean with solids in suspension and in flood irrigation systems.
