The Umbra Acuatec series are multi stage high pressure well pumps. Acuatec submersibles are used in a variety of utilization where a decent flow, at a high pressure, is required. Used for pumping potable water and/or water containing up to 60 g/m. of suspended solids. They are equipped with 304 stainless steel body and strainer with thermoplastic diffusers and impellers. 304 stainless steel ring for enhanced wear resistance is fitted to each pump stage. The 420 stainless steel shaft is fitted with a mechanical seal, intermediate oil chamber and inner lip seal, which offer excellent wear resistance. For simple and easy installation this series features integral motor protection and starting capacitors. All models are supplied with 20 metres of heavy duty rubber power cable. Available with or without a float switch, flow on the manual versions (no float switch) can alternatively be controlled by including a pressure controller in the delivery line.
