The Speroni RS(M) are non-self-priming, multi-stage, horizontal centrifugal pumps with 304 stainless steel pump casing, cast iron pump bodies and cast iron motor supports. Impellers and diffusers are in thermoplastic. They have 304 stainless steel shafts, fitted with silicon carbide and NBR mechanical seals.  Motor frame and supports are in aluminium and the fan covers are in steel. Motor protection is IP55.  Single phase motors incorporate an overload protection device.   They can develop high pressures and lifts from comparatively small motors and operate virtually silent, hence they are suitable for many domestic, industrial and horticultural applications. They are designed for pumping clean water only up to a maximum of 35ºC. ºC.
