Multi-use babed hose tail, can be used with 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" (I/D) Hose.

Fitting couldn't be simpler. Push the hose pipe ends over the barbed tails as far as they will go. This will normally suffice for normal or gravity fed water pressure.

If the water pressure is high or you have problems with the hose coming away from the tails, then you may need to use "jubilee" clips or hose clips to secure the hose pipe to the fitting.

You can choose to leave all 3 hose tails in place or you can cut off the one(s) not required using a hacksaw with a fine blade. By leaving all the tails in place and connecting to the larger Tail, you will reduce the water flow slightly although this may also have the effect of increasing the water pressure slightly.
