The Whale Tiptoe Mk4 manual foot pump is suitable for through floor mounting applications. The Tiptoe Mk4 pump has a light, smooth pumping action and can be used for both fresh water and salt water applications. This self priming pump locks down to fit flush to the floor when not in use.
