Ebara Hydromatic JEXM 80 Pump with Control Pump Demand Switch. self priming pumps fitted with a control pump demand switch. Water is drawn from a storage tank or well up to 8 metres deep when fitted with the optional foot valve.
When a valve or tap is opened the control pump detects the drop in pressure and starts the pump, this then runs continuously until demand for water ceases. The control pump then runs the pump for a further 10 seconds until the maximum pressure of the pump is achieved. It then switches the pump off ready for the next demand for water.
If the water supply fails during operation, control pump shuts down to prevent damage to the pump. Once the water supply is restored, the pump is restarted by pressing the re-set button. Maximum liquid temperature: 60°C. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar. Maximum suction
