Volumetric self priming gear pumps with built in bypass valve. Performances will vary depending on media being pumped. Decllared performances have been obtained pumping liquids with a viscosity of 8 degree Engler.For higher viscosity of more than 10 degrees Engler 6 pole motors are available as special orders. Maximum self priming depth 3 metres and a maximum liquid temperature of 140 degrees centigrade. Viton mechanical seal. Bypass is adjustable between 0-10 bar. Casing made from cast iron, gears made from C40 steel. 1440 rpm motor. Suitable for pumping viscous liquids without suspended particales - hydraulic oil, vegetable oil, varnishes and foodstuffs are examples. Not suitable for liquids that have water within them.
